讚美天父上帝奇妙的計畫，
祢把以色列人從埃及地為奴的重軛中帶出來，
使他們一路走進有祢會幕的同在，
有雲柱火柱和先知律法引領他們，
祢帶領他們漸漸認識祢，
祢愛他們，他們是祢的產業！
主啊今天我們亦為自己的重軛禱告。
若我今與屬世界的人同謀合夥，
與不敬畏上帝的人同盟約，
主啊求祢引領搭救我走出這軛。
若我生命裏頭有不潔得罪祢，
或受迷惑生出有拜偶像邪術的心，
求聖靈顯露出來並洗滌我，
求主寶血斷開我被軛挾制的捆鎖，
除去我對轄制的留戀，
使我身體心靈重得自由，
使我清晰於聖靈的指引。
主啊祢應許，
祢的軛是容易負的，
我要效法祢的柔和謙卑讓聖靈來工作，
我要回歸祢純正的智慧與訓誨，
我要經歷在祢裡面得安息、
得自由、重新得力！
因為祢愛我們，我們是祢的產業！

Praise you oh Father God for your wonderful plan.
You brought the Israelites out of Egypt from their heavy yoke of slavery.
You led them to follow you entering into the presence of your tabernacle.
Your pillars of cloud and fire as well as law and prophets became their guidance.
You lead your people into knowing you day by day,
for you love them, and they are your inheritance.
Today we come and ask you Lord to deliver us from our own heavy yoke.
If I sinned against God by having fellowship or partnership with the ungodly,
or even having covenantal relationship with those who do not fear the Lord,
forgive and lead us return to your way oh Lord!
If I am deceived by the worldly practice and harboring idolatry in heart,
or my life been touched by unclean sorceries that offended your holiness,
I ask the Holy Spirit to reveal these sins and sanctify me from within.
I pray that the blood of Jesus break all the attachments from sins of my life.
I pray that bondages of heavy worldly yoke be removed,
that my body and soul will be set free again,
that I regain clarity in hearing the Lord,
that the will of Holy Spirit can operate freely within me again.
Lord as you have promised,
your yoke is easy to bear.
I shall imitate your meekness and humility to yielding to the Spirit,
I shall repent and return to your pure wisdom and commands.
I shall gain back freedom, power and true Sabbath only you can grant.
For you have loved us,
and we are your inheritance!
